Jacksonville Area Golf Association Charitable Trust Trustees Meeting Minutes
San Jose Golf and Country Club July 21, 2010
Members Present: Tom Tierney, Lee Crowe, Bob Streightiff, Joe Power, Jim Edwards, Barney Poston, Gary Owensby, Ed Witten, Jerry Kay and Earl Kelly.
Trustee Chairman – Bob Streightiff called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM.
Scholarship Chairman – Tom Tierney presented a list of ten(10) qualified applications for consideration to fill open slots that will be available for scholarships in the fall of 2010. Following much review, questioning and discussion, a MOTION was made by Joe Power and seconded by Lee Crowe that: “JAGA Scholarships be awarded to: Andrew Bohn Jax Beach FSU ’10 Kane Cooper Marsh Creek St Johns RCC ’07 Kalie Minch CC Orange Park UCF ’10 Kristen Papa CC Orange Park FSU ’09 Kaitlyn Price Selva Marina UCF ’10 Cassidy Tierney San Jose CC MSC/Denver ’09 and Christian Vickers Cecil Field GC JU ’09.”
