JAGA Meeting - Fleming Island Golf Club Dec 13, 2011

Officers Present:  Joe Power, Arch Copeland, Gary Owensby, Bob Streightiff Don Gilmore

Call  To Order - Bob Streightiff called the meeting to order at 10:30 am.

Director Gary Bronken welcomed us. Pro Brad Williams said a few words later in the meeting.

Treasurer - we have $9451.69  in the current account. Statements are available on the web site.              

Secretary - there were no corrections or comments on the previous meeting minutes.

VP Administration 

Joe Power briefly reviewed next year’s schedule.

Tournaments

Gary Owensby spoke briefly about the Couples tournament.

Web Master

Barney was not here but is finalizing a new web contract.

Scholarships

Contributions to the Trust Fund - Palencia contributed $1000 in a previous meeting that went unrecorded. Quail Heights contributed $300. John Arms made a personal contribution of $40.

 The JAGA treasury transferred $5000 to the Scholarship fund per end of the year protocol.

Year to date we have Trust Fund contributions of $34878.70 (not  including today's contributions)

Officers were reelected for 2012, Our new treasurer is Don Gilmore.
