That means that both the individuals that belong to them are no longer eligible to enter JAGA events and the Clubs are no longer a part of, or potential participants in any future JAGA events until they join. Gainsville,  Larel Island Links, North Hampton, Osprey Cove, Palatka and Panther Creek.  $150 gets you in now, get with it guys.

New Business – Jim Andrews thanked the many JAGA Directors who assisted in the recent Players.

Guest Speakers – Fred Seely introduced Bobby Weed and Scott Sherman to the body.

Bobby Weed came to this area in 1982, at the request of Pete Dye, to assist in the changes that were needed to the Stadium Course at TPC. Following a lengthy apprenticeship, Bobby Weed formed a Team with Scott Sherman and Chris Monte to change and design golf courses all over the world. With contracts in Japan, China and throughout the US, Weed is kept very busy helping with new courses and redesigns of old courses around the world.  At Selva Marina, the plan includes: Create a theme (let wind be the feature); give the grounds superintendent the tools to success (drainage, water and soil), plan for variety (change some of the holes) and provide balance.  Selva Marina will be the ‘model for change’ throughout the world (as it relates to established courses) in need of some change.

Announcements- Bob Streightiff needs your list of the 10 best players by June 1st.  Get them to him! Next months meeting is June 19th at Deerwood C.C.
