Rooms will probably not be ready until later on (after the golf) but you should check in and leave your suitcase with reception. You and your golf clubs will be transferred to the Golf Club by the Omni Hotel shuttle buses that run all day. You are welcome to take your golf bags to the Club yourself it you want. Both courses start at the same Golf Clubhouse. Please make sure your golf bags are identified. Clubs will be stored overnight for us.Shotgun start at 12:30pm .Saturday Evening - Dinner Buffet on the new verandah of the Oak Marsh Golf Clubhouse. Cash Bar.Sunday Morning - on your own for breakfast. There is a buffet or a la cart menu at the hotel or a more modest offering is available at the Golf Club. 9am Shotgun. Following the golf we will have a brief awards ceremony to recognize the net and gross winners.Sunday after golf - box lunch and Awards ceremony. Cash Bar.Payment: Golf ($65 per round per person) and Room ($125) charges, plus 11% State and County taxes to be paid directly to the Omni @800-843-6664. We prefer you stay overnight at the Omni where we have a competitive rate but it is not mandatory.
