Format: Best two net balls of four

Entry fee: $75 per player / $300 per team
Includes golf, lunch and prizes*

* Cash prizes for professional winners, merchandise prizes for amateur winners

To win the JAGA Club Championship Trophy, a team must consist of four of your club members including.......

• One PGA professional - head pro or assistant pro.  A team may not have more than one professional player.

• One or more JAGA Directors or Officers or

• Any of your club's members if still needed to fill the team.  This includes GM, owners and other staff members.

Note:
Single players, wishing to play, will be assigned to a group of un-attached players.
