2005 Jacksonville Area
FATHER'S DAY
CHAMPIONSHIP
Brought to you by the
Jacksonville Area Golf Association (JAGA)
Fellow Golfer,
The traditional Jacksonville Area
Father's Day Championship is not far off. We are playing this two-day
event on the beautiful and challenging Hidden Hills Country Club course on
June 25th and 26th, 2005. There will be a 1:30 PM
shotgun start each day.
This is a great
opportunity to play this fine course with one of your relatives as
follows: a father with a son, grandson, great grandson, step-son,
son-in-law, nephew, daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter
step-daughter, daughter-in-law, or niece. All players MUST have an
established current handicap INDEX. The tournament Chairman may establish
handicaps for young players who do not play regularly. The total cost is
$200 per two person team.
JAGA and Hidden Hill CC
have made every effort to assure a quality event. Your entry fee includes
green fees, cart, range balls, prizes and lunch each day. You may purchase
drinks and snacks from the refreshment carts on the golf course. Food and
drinks are also available in the club house.
Practice rounds are
offered to registered players within the two weeks period preceding the
tournament at a rate of $25 per player and subject to space and tee times
available.
The format of the Championship is two
days of modified Pinehurst play. This format incorporates both handicaps,
so be sure to include both indexes as well as the ages and gender of both
participants on the entry form.
Age and gender are used to determine tee assignments. Flights will consist
of handicapped amateur flights as well as a professional flight.
Please submit your entry now so that
you won't be left out.
Please visit our web site at
JaxAreaGolfAssn.com to confirm your reservation and to acquaint yourself
