 Format: Modified Pinehurst (2 person team*)

 Entry fee: $200 per team
 Includes golf, cart, lunches, range balls, prizes, and all taxes.

 Lunch each day prior to play begins at 11:30 AM

Hole sponsorships signs are available for $75

Practice rounds are offered to registered players within the two weeks period preceding the tournament at a rate of $25 per player and subject to space and tee times available.  Call (904) 620-0910

 * Teams may consist of any father playing with a son/daughter, grandson/granddaughter, great grandson/great granddaughter, step-son/step-daughter, son-in-law/daughter-in-law, and nephew/niece. Both partners must have a current USGA handicap index.  Fathers are limited to one partner.
